Mt. Hood from the South
Yep, you guessed it, Mount Hood again. It’s obviously one of my favorite places to visit out here, and there are so many opportunities for photographs around/of it. This shot is very similar to the one that I put up from my first visit to Mt. Hood, I just chose to go at a better time of day this trip. I really like how the setting sun threw a warm glow onto the mountain and the close hillside, while the river was down in the shade and had a cool blue color to it. This shot is an HDR image made from one photo, the sunlight on the mountain was still too bright to get good detail in the rocks. Let me know what you think in the comments.
